Pug is an aesthetically-challenged, insecure kid whose natural inclination is to stay quiet and accept his fate. He has a talking hat named Hatz has a very big mouth. Hatz frequently gets tired of Pug's constant inability and fear to express himself properly and speak up when he wants something, so he yells things out to get things moving along, for better or worse. Hatz and Pug face school bullies, the unfair school class system, and intergalactic police-- as if growing up wasn't complicated enough!
